Process Integration Engineer (PI Engineer)
Role Summary
Join the Process Window Engineering (PWE) organization to drive process development from NPI through high-volume production for DRAM/HBM products. The role focuses on process integration, reticle/layout strategy, yield and cycle-time improvement, and applying data analytics and AI to improve manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities
Work across development and manufacturing to ensure robust process performance and support production ramp.
- Establish, optimize, and maintain semiconductor process conditions and critical process windows.
- Drive process capability, yield improvement, defect reduction, and cycle-time optimization.
- Support new node development, product qualification, and technology transfers to production.
- Plan and manage reticle strategy across the NPI lifecycle and reduce reticle counts where possible.
- Lead layout optimization to improve manufacturability and lower operational cost.
- Develop engineering solutions for cost reduction and process simplification.
- Use data analytics, statistical methods, and AI-assisted tools to identify process weaknesses and improvements.
- Create dashboards and automated analyses that provide actionable process insights.
- Collaborate with global teams and lead cross-site technical alignment and discussions.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
- Must-have: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, yield enhancement, or process engineering.
- Must-have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with statistical process control and data analysis methods.
- Must-have: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools, automation, and data visualization platforms.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with reticle strategy, layout optimization, NPI, and production ramp activities.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
