Role Summary
The Scribe Module Electrical Design engineer develops test structures and related automation to provide electrical and physical quality data for process development and manufacturing teams. The role collaborates with process integration, fab, layout, device characterization, and scribe build teams across multiple semiconductor technologies.
This position focuses on designing, documenting, and verifying component test structures and improving the scribe development flow through scripting and standards.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include design, automation, verification, and process improvement for scribe test structures.
- Develop and document test structures for integration into silicon
- Build automation scripts and programs to organize test data and workflows
- Improve test structure design and verification methods
- Standardize and streamline the scribe development flow through scripting and tools
- Identify opportunities for process and design improvements
- Participate in technical meetings and propose new approaches for the scribe team
