Role Summary

Responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining test programs and flows for probe testing of advanced semiconductor memory devices. The role supports 1st-silicon and NPI phases through high-volume manufacturing (HVM) with a primary focus on probe test solutions.

Work within Test Probe Central Engineering to improve engineering productivity and test readiness, using available tools including AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, debug, and maintain probe test programs and test flows for memory devices.
• Lead test development from 1st silicon and NPI through transfer to HVM.
• Diagnose and resolve test issues; organize and track issues to closure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and test artifacts.
• Leverage tools, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, process, manufacturing, test engineering) to ensure test readiness.
• Support continuous improvement of test coverage, yield, and throughput.

Requirements

Essential qualifications and skills (concise):

• Experience in semiconductor test program development, debugging, and maintenance (probe testing preferred).
• Experience supporting 1st-silicon/NPI and transferring test solutions to HVM.
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled and other automation tools to improve productivity.
