Probe Test Solution Engineer (TSE)
Role Summary
Develop, debug, and maintain probe test programs for advanced semiconductor memory devices. The role focuses on probe test development and supports 1st silicon and new product introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
Work within Micron's test engineering team and use available engineering tools, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate, to improve engineering productivity, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop, debug, and maintain probe test programs for semiconductor memory devices.
- Lead 1st-silicon and NPI test development and support transitions to HVM.
- Diagnose test failures, implement fixes, and optimize test flow for production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, equipment) to resolve test issues.
- Leverage engineering tools, including AI-enabled tools, to improve documentation, analysis, and workflows.
