Probe HBM Application Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Develop and sustain probe automation and manufacturing-execution solutions to improve efficiency, yield, and cost in HBM probe operations. Collaborate with probe engineering, assembly, and back-end teams to support new product introduction and production readiness.

Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain automation and data-driven solutions that enable efficient, high-quality probe manufacturing.

• Maintain and enhance probe automation systems to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing robustness.
• Design and implement manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions for probe operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce cost in probe manufacturing.
• Analyze manufacturing and probe test data to generate actionable insights for yield and process improvements.
• Transform raw probe data into metrics and reports used by Assembly and back-end test teams.
• Perform lot disposition based on defined business logic and quality-control standards.
• Apply AI and generative-AI tools to improve productivity and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with manufacturing execution systems, probe automation, and new product introduction.
• Proficiency with Linux and Git.
• Programming experience in at least one language: Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with databases and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement product and process changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
