Probe Equipment Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for new equipment introduction, release, and continuous improvement of probe equipment to meet capacity, quality, and cost targets. Works with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment recipes, improve yield and efficiency, and deliver equipment-related projects.

Responsibilities
Key duties include equipment lifecycle, process optimization, and data-driven automation to improve efficiency and quality.
- Complete required safety training and follow Micron safety policies.
- Lead the process to install, launch, and release new probe equipment.
- Set up and optimize probe equipment recipes.
- Identify and resolve equipment-related yield and quality issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement activities with vendors to improve performance and reduce cost.
- Propose and implement cost-reduction measures.
- Collect data and use RPA and Tableau to automate metrics management and report creation.
- Participate in and/or manage projects to deliver required results on schedule.
- Collaborate with related departments and global networks to reach best-in-class standards.

- Basic programming and database understanding.

- Time management and multitasking ability; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Basic English communication skills (high-school level).
