Experience Level

Senior-level (Principal).

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include designing and delivering ATE solutions and supporting production test and validation.

  • Develop test plans and write test programs for on-chip IP and system-level verification.
  • Design ATE loadboards and hardware for multi-gigahertz testing.
  • Perform PVT characterization, first-silicon bring-up, and IC qualification activities.
  • Analyze yield data and run design of experiments (DOE) to reduce test time and manufacturing cost.
  • Collaborate with analog/digital design teams, product engineering, QA, and OSATs (offshore assembly/test subcontractors).
  • Manage production release activities, define test limits, and support customer returns and field issues.
