Role Summary
Microsoft Quantum seeks an on-the-ground Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the strategic partnership with QuNorth in Denmark. The role owns partnership delivery (including co-development milestones for the "Magne" quantum computer) and builds Microsoft’s quantum ecosystem across the Nordics.
This is a high-autonomy, build-from-zero individual contributor role based in Copenhagen / Kongens Lyngby with regular travel across Nordic sites and to Microsoft labs.

Responsibilities
Operational, technical, and strategic responsibilities to ensure the partnership delivers results and to grow Microsoft’s regional presence.
- Serve as Microsoft’s primary point of contact for QuNorth; lead business reviews, executive alignment, and joint planning.
- Manage escalations: identify blockers, route to appropriate teams, and drive resolution across organizations.
- Translate partner technical needs into actionable requests for Microsoft engineering teams and track end-to-end resolution.
- Develop Microsoft’s quantum ecosystem in Denmark and the Nordics: engage universities, research centers, startups, and government stakeholders.
- Represent Microsoft Quantum at industry events, government forums, and academic meetings; provide Nordic market insights to global partner strategy.
- Coordinate across Microsoft labs in Lyngby, Redmond, Prague and other product/engineering teams to align resources and commitments.
- Operate with high autonomy to define local plans, metrics, and partnership playbooks.

Must-have: Proven partner management, business development, or ecosystem development experience in deep-technology sectors.

Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft cloud and developer tooling (Azure, AI services) and how enterprise cloud integrates with emerging hardware.
