Role Summary

As Principal Security Architect on the Security Architecture team in Raanana, Israel, you will define security requirements and write architectural specifications for Arm products across Mobile, Infrastructure, Automotive and IoT markets.

You will focus on Root of Trust and system-level security, collaborate with product and architecture teams, and guide engineering teams on secure hardware and software designs.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Architect the Arm Root of Trust for Arm solutions across multiple market segments.
• Develop system security architectures that balance standardization and partner differentiation.
• Perform threat modeling and define hardware and software security requirements.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to define next-generation security products.
• Provide architecture and requirements guidance to engineering teams.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven experience in hardware or system security architecture.
• Experience designing chip-level hardware architectures and writing specification documents for SoCs.
• Background in design/verification or software development for hardware systems.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Arm processors, CPU architecture and SoC subsystems.
• Familiarity with cryptography, data security, network security, and SoC security standards.
• Experience developing and analysing complex systems.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience. Another engineering or science degree is an advantage; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
