Role Summary
Lead customer-facing IP programs in the Silicon IP Program Management Office. Coordinate global engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver SoC IP on schedule, reduce delivery risk, and improve program processes.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include managing customer programs, schedules, and cross-functional coordination:
- Serve as primary customer contact for IP programs.
- Define and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Report program status to customers and leadership.
- Improve program and project management processes and best practices.
- Mentor and support program team members.
Requirements

- Expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing.
- Strong program and project management skills; proven ability to manage complex technical programs.
