Role Summary

Lead program management for Silicon IP customer projects, coordinating global cross-functional teams to deliver SoC IP on schedule and reduce technical and program risk. The role sits in the Program Management Office and partners with engineering, sales, and support to ensure successful customer deliveries.

Experience Level

Senior — Principal level. Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience in SoC/IC design and program management.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive customer IP programs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders.

• Act as the primary customer contact for IP programs
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and support
• Identify, track, and mitigate project and technical risks
• Report program status to leadership and customers
• Improve program management processes and practices
• Mentor and support other program managers

Requirements

Key skills and experience required.

• 10+ years relevant experience in SoC design, silicon IP, or IC manufacturing
• Deep technical knowledge of SoC design and IC manufacturing processes
• Strong program and project management skills, including risk management
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; equivalent practical experience accepted.
