Role Summary

Lead product strategy and execution for Synopsys' power integrity and reliability solutions, primarily RedHawk-SC. Work with engineering, sales, application engineering, and customers to define roadmap, drive adoption, and deliver solutions addressing semiconductor power integrity challenges.

Responsibilities

Own product direction, customer engagement, and cross-product integration for power integrity and reliability capabilities.

• Lead product initiatives for RedHawk-SC in power integrity and reliability.
• Drive integrations between RedHawk-SC and other Synopsys solutions.
• Engage directly with key customers to support roadmap planning and solution deployment.
• Serve as a technology evangelist and thought leader at industry forums and customer events.
• Partner with sales and application engineering teams to drive product adoption and GTM execution.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements, launch, adoption, and retirement.
• Translate market and customer insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Experience with engineering workflows, CAE/simulation tools, pre-sales support, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to develop product strategy and go-to-market plans based on market insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical value to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated influence and effectiveness working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience representing products at conferences, customer briefings, or executive forums is preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is listed; relevant industry experience in engineering, simulation, or related domains is expected.
