Principal, Product Manager, Pads
Role Summary
Lead the CMP Pads semiconductor product line by owning product strategy, portfolio management, market positioning, and cross-functional execution to drive growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.
The role partners with commercial, technical, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams and supports strategic customer engagements.
Experience Level
Senior; typically requires 8+ years in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles in the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute product and business strategies informed by customer needs, technology trends, and market dynamics.
- Manage product portfolio and competitive positioning to drive sustainable growth and margin improvement.
- Lead cross-functional alignment, resource prioritization, and execution across commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Partner with manufacturing and quality to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, and change execution.
- Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into prioritized, actionable plans.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and required capabilities:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
- Proven business, financial, and people acumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong coordination, prioritization, and influencing skills to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex global organization.
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
