Principal Product Manager — ICV LVS (Established Nodes Product Strategies)
Role Summary
Lead product strategy for ICV LVS for established process nodes and their interaction with advanced nodes, with a focus on 3D and chiplet ecosystems. Partner with product management, R&D, and sales to define requirements, influence industry partners, and drive adoption.
Work as an individual contributor on targeted projects while building and mentoring a product team that aligns LVS offerings across the ecosystem.
Experience Level
Senior — requires 15+ years of EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for ICV LVS established-node offerings and ensure alignment with advanced-node initiatives and go-to-market plans.
- Define product strategies and requirements for established-node LVS and their interaction with advanced process nodes.
- Collaborate with senior product management, R&D, and sales to prioritize development and coordinate go-to-market efforts.
- Train and support technical sales on LVS market needs, customer benchmarking, and partnership negotiations.
- Advise R&D on LVS elements of Design Rule Manuals to enable efficient ICV design kits.
- Drive collaborative initiatives and partnerships that deliver differentiated LVS solutions for 3D and chiplet markets.
Requirements
Essential technical skills, industry experience, and personal capabilities.
- 15+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- Deep practical knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem and Foundry LVS design rules and flows.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and to establish and grow a product management team.
- Existing relationships within LVS organizations at semiconductor companies and the ability to represent product strategy externally.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results independently and manage time-pressured initiatives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with customers and sales teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required; Master's degree in a related field preferred.
