Principal Product Manager (Hyperscalers)
Role Summary
The Principal Product Manager will lead end-to-end product development and delivery for hyperscaler customers, driving NPI through volume ramp for AI-focused power delivery products. This role coordinates engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and sales to meet customer commitments and timelines.

Senior level β requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Lead program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of engineering samples and volume shipments.
- Own successful execution of assigned customer programs and align internal timelines with customer expectations.
- Identify program risks and drive mitigation plans; lead regular internal and customer-facing reviews.
- Manage volume ramp planning and coordination with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning.
- Monitor ramp execution, escalate constraints early, and ensure alignment between customer demand and supply capabilities.
- Track engineering sample ship dates, lead times, and build status; lead cross-functional coordination to meet sample commitments.
- Establish execution dashboards and KPIs; provide transparent status updates on schedule, quality, supply, and risks.
- Escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations and act as the single point of program coordination across teams.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience for immediate contribution.
- 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or operations within semiconductors, preferably in power electronics or infrastructure markets.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs with hyperscalers or large infrastructure customers.
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to create and maintain structured execution dashboards.
- Experience coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and operations to resolve technical or logistical obstacles.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is specified.
