Role Summary
Senior technical lead in Arm's System Integration team responsible for defining and delivering advanced package architectures for SoC/IP products. The role coordinates across IP, SoC design, package design, signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, thermomechanical test and systems teams to ensure manufacturable, high-performance packaging solutions.

Responsibilities
The principal responsibilities include leading cross-functional technical work, defining requirements, and guiding implementation of packaging solutions.
- Lead architecture and definition of advanced semiconductor package solutions for Arm SoCs and IP.
- Collaborate with IP, SoC design, package design, SI/PI, thermal and test teams to align package constraints and requirements.
- Drive trade-offs between electrical, thermal, mechanical and manufacturability considerations.
- Define specifications, verification criteria and validation plans for package designs.
- Coordinate with test and thermomechanical teams to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical direction across projects.
- Engage with supply chain and external partners as needed to realize designs.
