Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include evaluation, bring-up, support, and enablement for server-class Arm silicon:
- Serve as the main technical interface for customers evaluating and deploying server silicon.
- Lead product evaluation lifecycle: goal-setting, pre-delivery checks, Day‑0 acceptance, execution, remote support, and closeout.
- Run board, firmware, kernel/OS, and workload bring-up and debugging.
- Drive Day‑0 readiness and acceptance gates (BMC, console, firmware baseline, boot path, diagnostics).
- Triage customer issues, define severity, collect evidence, and coordinate L2/L3 engineering support.
- Support workload enablement and tuning for cloud-native, AI, and enterprise workloads.
- Review customer build artifacts and deliver training and enablement to customer engineering teams and operators.
- Translate field feedback into product improvements and support content.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 8+ years supporting customers in FAE, systems engineering, silicon applications, or customer engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with companies that build and deliver servers or network infrastructure.
- Strong server platform knowledge: CPU/memory hierarchy, PCIe, CXL awareness, NUMA fundamentals, firmware/OS bring-up.
- Linux systems troubleshooting and performance analysis in data center environments.
- Experience supporting customers from pre-sales evaluation through post-silicon deployment.
- Strong customer communication; able to explain technical tradeoffs to engineers and executives.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
