Role Summary
Senior technical leader in Sales responsible for supporting strategic partners to integrate Arm technologies, with a focus on Edge AI. Acts as a trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leaders to drive design wins, product adoption, and successful deployments.
Works cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and Applications teams to influence architecture and product strategy and to provide market and technical feedback to Arm.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary technical advisor for strategic partner accounts and build relationships with architects and engineering leadership.
- Lead technical engagements to support licensing, design wins, and successful deployment of Arm-based solutions.
- Provide system-level architectural guidance for Arm-based SoCs and platforms, including CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, compute subsystems, system IP, and software toolchains.
- Advise on IP selection, configuration, integration, and optimization for power, performance, scalability, and time-to-market.
- Support customers from architecture definition and design evaluation through implementation and deployment.
- Drive adoption via technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level briefings.
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex technical issues with product, engineering, and support teams.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
Must-have technical experience and skills:
- Proven experience in semiconductor/SoC design, system architecture, field applications, technical consulting, or solutions engineering.
- Strong understanding of SoC architecture, system integration, hardware/software interactions, memory subsystems, cache coherency, interconnects, and multi‑IP designs.
- Practical experience with Arm-based systems, including processors, NPUs/AI accelerators, GPUs, compute modules, system IP, development tools, and SoC integration methodologies.
- Customer-facing experience (Field Applications Engineering, technical sales, or similar) with ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate across functions, and drive technical strategies with Sales and Product teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Must have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.
Nice-to-have / preferred:
- Experience with Arm Compute Subsystems (CSS), AI/ML accelerators, graphics technologies, or advanced SoC architectures.
- Experience developing or supporting Edge AI solutions and AI/ML workloads on embedded and edge platforms.
- Familiarity with semiconductor IP licensing models and ecosystem-based solution development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for both technical and business audiences.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is listed as required. A Master’s degree in EE/CE/CS or related field is noted as preferred. The posting allows equivalent practical experience in place of formal degrees.
