Principal Engineer, Reliability
As Principal Engineer in Reliability you will define and execute reliability qualification and test plans, design and characterize reliability test structures, analyze failure data, and recommend design rules and process improvements. You will collaborate with fab, technology development, and customer teams to assess and mitigate reliability risk across device, process and product integration.
Senior β minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering.
Deliver reliability qualification, testing, analysis, modeling and risk assessment to support technology development, manufacturing and customers.
Core technical skills and experience required; preferred items listed separately.
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials) or Physics is specified. The posting requires a minimum of 7 years of semiconductor reliability experience (experience requirement noted separately from education).
