Role Summary
Lead digital design and verification efforts for GMSL SerDes high-speed automotive interfaces as part of Analog Devices' Automotive Istanbul Design Center. Work within a global cross-functional team to design complex mixed-signal integrated circuits and drive projects from definition through product introduction.

Responsibilities
The role is responsible for RTL design, verification, validation, and technical leadership of IC design projects.
- Support feasibility studies and define product requirements with Product Definer.
- Implement RTL for owned blocks using SystemVerilog.
- Create and manage verification plans; perform block, top-level RTL and gate-level verification and regressions.
- Support synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), DFT, and supervise timing-driven place and route.
- Perform bench validation of owned functions and support test engineering for product introduction.
- Respond to customer and applications engineering questions as needed.
- Manage and lead IC design projects from definition to series production.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items noted.
- Minimum ~12 years of experience in digital design (required by posting).
- High-speed and low-power RTL design and verification experience using Hardware Description Languages, preferably SystemVerilog.
- Hands-on experience with digital design and verification tools and methodologies.
- Experience in synthesis, DFT, and supervision of timing-driven place and route.
- Experience managing IC design projects and taking ICs from definition to production.
- Good English communication and presentation skills; teamwork abilities.
- Required travel: up to 10% of the time.
- Nice-to-have: UVM verification experience and background in video/audio communication and processing.
Education Requirements
Preferred: MSEE or PhD with specialization in IC Design (VLSI). The posting does not state other degree equivalencies explicitly.
