Principal Engineer, Device Engineering
Role Summary
Develop and optimize semiconductor devices and processes to enable device characterization and support new technology development. Work cross-functionally to introduce new features, drive technology advancement, and improve device performance and manufacturability while maintaining EHS and operational compliance.
Hands-on principal-level engineering role influencing device technology and process integration across projects and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Accountable for technical leadership, project execution, and cross-functional integration of device engineering activities.
- Lead development, optimization, and implementation of advanced device engineering methodologies and processes.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive improvements to device technologies and engineering practices.
- Plan, execute, and support device development projects and contribute to large-scale engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and introduce new technologies and process enhancements.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members to support capability development.
- Contribute to technical publications, conference presentations, and patent activity.
- Engage with suppliers, research partners, and industry consortia to evaluate emerging technologies and support technical roadmaps.
- Support technical reviews and ensure alignment with business, quality, and operational objectives.
Requirements
