Role Summary

Responsible for semiconductor engineering design, verification, and testing with a focus on digital functional verification of mixed-signal SoC designs. Develop and maintain UVM-based verification environments, execute simulations according to verification plans, and collaborate with design leaders to meet coverage and tape‑out goals.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The posting specifies five (5) years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in engineering, design engineering, verification engineering, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop UVM simulation environments: drivers, monitors, checkers, and assertions; bridge digital and mixed-signal verification.
• Define and execute digital and top-level simulations according to the verification plan.
• Create and maintain regression test suites and manage regression runs and artifacts.
• Report, track, and verify resolution of bugs; prepare and lead design verification reviews.
• Collaborate with design leads to define IP test specifications and ensure coverage prior to tape-out.
• Develop C-based tests and use GLS simulation and debug features as needed.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

• Experience with ARM processors and multi-processor interaction.
• Knowledge of serial communication protocols: I2C, SPI, SPMI, UART.
• SoC testbench development and ASIC design verification experience.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM methodology.
• Experience with GLS simulations and debug features.
• Regression management and artifact tracking experience.
• C-based test development experience and familiarity with SPI interfaces.
• Ability to develop comprehensive verification suites and document results.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering (including VLSI variants), Physics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent). The posting also specifies five (5) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in relevant engineering or verification roles.
