Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead design and ownership of analog sub-blocks within high-speed PHY IP.
• Define electrical and system-level specifications for analog blocks.
• Drive implementation, verification handoff, and bring-up to tapeout.
• Collaborate with digital, verification, layout, and characterization teams.
• Work on circuits targeted at advanced process nodes (12nm and below).
• Adopt and evaluate AI-assisted design workflows where beneficial.

Requirements

Essential and preferred qualifications:

• Proven experience in ASIC analog design with ownership of analog IP blocks.
• Experience with high-speed PHY analog circuits and related specification work.
• Practical experience delivering designs on advanced process nodes (12nm and below).
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to drive implementation.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with AI-assisted or automated analog design workflows.
