Role Summary
Design and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. Work within an SoC/memory design team to drive circuit implementation, layout integration, reliability verification, and cross-functional manufacturability.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focusing on analog/mixed-signal circuit design, layout oversight, and technical guidance across product, process, and verification teams.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include circuit design, verification, layout integration, and technical leadership for analog/mixed-signal blocks used in HBM products.
- Design and implement complex analog/mixed-signal circuits (amplifiers, comparators, bandgaps, V2I converters, LDOs, charge pumps, oscillators, DLL, IO circuits for DDR/LPDDR, delays, sensors) in advanced process nodes.
- Integrate analog modules with the power delivery network and optimize for performance, area, and reliability.
- Perform circuit simulations and verification using industry-standard tools (FINESIM, HSPICE, Verilog) and incorporate parasitic models into validation flows.
- Lead layout activities: floor-planning, placement, routing, parasitic extraction, EM/IR analysis, and layout optimization to meet PPA and reliability targets.
- Validate and optimize designs for reliability, device stress, and aging effects; manage reticle experiments and tape-out revisions.
- Provide technical leadership and cross-group communication with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure manufacturability.
- Contribute to new circuit conception, standardization, documentation, and training across the department.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic AI models to improve PPA optimization and accelerate delivery timelines.
