  • Design and develop integrated AI solutions (deep learning and machine learning) to meet customer and operational constraints.
  • Define AI systems architecture and translate business use cases into product specifications.
  • Specify hardware and software components to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Drive implementation and system integration, execute benchmarks, and produce technical documentation.
  • Analyze component-level tradeoffs considering performance, cost, security, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate across functions to identify next-generation opportunities and inform research and product roadmaps.
  • Mentor and develop other technical leaders and support team technical growth.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.

  • Must-have: Proven expertise in AI productization, deep learning models, and systems architecture.
  • Must-have: Experience in solution design, systems validation, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions to market.
  • Must-have: Proficiency with deep learning frameworks and programming (Python and/or C++), plus familiarity with AI infrastructure tools.
  • Must-have: Demonstrated track record of disciplined execution on complex technical projects.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with reinforcement learning, autonomous systems, sim2real, or robotics.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with memory hierarchies, security, and operating system interactions relevant to AI solutions.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience driving technical strategy, leading teams, and mentoring senior engineers.

Education Requirements

Minimum qualifications specify a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 6+ years. The posting targets candidates with formal degrees in technical fields related to AI systems and product engineering.
