The role includes leading design and verification activities, ensuring integration across disciplines, and mentoring engineers.

• Lead RTL design and verification of complex ASIC blocks and systems.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify functionality and performance.
• Use EDA tools and methodologies to optimize performance and power efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with analog design, physical design, applications engineering, and other stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Investigate and resolve complex and unique design challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant techniques and tools.
