Role Summary
Lead verification efforts for DDR/LPDDR interfaces and memory subsystems on ASIC products. Work with architecture, RTL design, physical design and validation teams to define verification strategy and ensure silicon quality.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define verification strategy, plans, and exit criteria for DDR/LPDDR controllers, PHYs, and memory subsystems.
- Design and implement SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, verification components, and regression suites.
- Create directed and constrained-random tests, develop functional coverage models, and analyze coverage metrics.
- Lead integration-level verification, coordinate with SoC teams, and support silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug.
- Mentor verification engineers, perform design and code reviews, and drive best practices in verification methodologies.
- Maintain verification infrastructure and work with EDA/CAD tools for simulation, emulation, and debug.
Requirements
Must-have and nice-to-have qualifications:
- Must-have: Significant ASIC verification experience focused on DDR/LPDDR protocols and memory subsystems.
- Must-have: Strong SystemVerilog and UVM skills; experience with coverage-driven verification and debug workflows.
- Must-have: Scripting experience for verification automation (Python, Tcl, Perl or similar) and familiarity with common simulation tools.
- Must-have: Experience supporting silicon bring-up and resolving post-silicon issues.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with memory PHY/controller design, formal verification, and timing/physical design interactions.
- Nice-to-have: Prior leadership or principal-level responsibility mentoring teams and defining verification strategy.
