Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include architecture, implementation, and technical leadership across products:

  • Define and document software architectures; perform significant re-architecture when required.
  • Implement code, perform code reviews, and integrate software across platforms.
  • Provide innovative technical solutions and conduct research on long-term technical issues.
  • Gather and incorporate requirements from users and customers into tools and features.
  • Ensure functional quality via unit tests and review processes; maintain technical expertise in the domain.
  • Manage assigned projects: define scope, plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and lead cross-product technical efforts.
  • Communicate status and consult with distributed teams and customers.
