Role Summary
Lead customer-facing FPGA prototyping evaluations and deployments for Siemens EDA, providing technical leadership across hardware and software environments. Work with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to align customer needs with product capability and to influence product direction.
Operate independently on complex technical engagements and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, direct customer support, and hands-on FPGA prototyping work.
- Execute FPGA prototyping tasks: design bring-up, partitioning, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and debug.
- Collaborate with application engineering and customers to run evaluations and provide ongoing technical support.
- Serve as technical interface to customer engineers and managers to define requirements and optimize prototyping and CAD workflows.
- Support deployment and integration of FPGA prototype systems across hardware and software environments.
- Develop and apply data exchange and interoperability methods across tools and platforms.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to align customer needs with product capabilities and influence product direction.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed where appropriate.
