Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal CAD Engineer
Member of the Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Methodology team supporting AMS and silicon photonics IC design. Responsible for maintaining AMS simulation environments, improving CAD flows, and enabling reliable analog/RF verification for advanced process technologies.
Work closely with analog designers, EDA vendors, TCAD and foundry teams to resolve simulation, modeling and toolchain issues and to automate verification workflows.
Senior-level role. The posting expects experienced candidates (senior/principal), typically with multiple years of relevant AMS CAD and simulation experience.
Primary responsibilities include maintaining AMS flows, resolving simulation issues, and delivering tooling and automation that increase team efficiency.
