Responsibilities
Accountable for technical leadership and end-to-end delivery of high-speed analog chip subsystems.
- Lead design and development of high-speed analog ICs to meet specifications and schedules (primary contributor).
- Own critical chip subsystems and act as technical lead on cross-functional project teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Test, Verification, Reliability, and Product Engineering teams to ensure product success.
- Drive circuit architecture and design innovation to improve performance and manufacturability.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers; provide technical guidance and reviews.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience required and preferred.
Must-have:
- 15+ years of analog IC design experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Deep knowledge of CMOS and BiCMOS analog circuit design practices.
- Proven experience as a technical lead on chip development projects.
- RF analog design experience at frequencies around 10 GHz and above.
- Expert-level proficiency with Cadence design and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of RF/analog layout techniques, including parasitics, matching, ESD, crosstalk, and IR drop.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and innovation in circuit design.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
