SolidigmJob Title
Pre-Silicon Memory Verification Engineer (UVM)
Role Summary
Join the pre-silicon verification team responsible for functional validation of advanced 3D NAND memory designs. Implement UVM-based tests, functional coverage models, and SystemVerilog Assertions to verify complex memory components and system-level behavior.
The role includes building mixed-signal models, developing full-chip verification environments, and creating automation and data-collection tools. Hybrid work arrangement in California.
Experience Level
Mid-level. No specific years-of-experience stated.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and implement UVM-based verification tests and testbenches for memory IP and subsystems.
- Define and implement functional coverage to measure verification completeness.
- Develop SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and protocol/functional checks.
- Build and integrate mixed-signal models into pre-silicon verification flows.
- Develop full-chip verification environments and integrate IP-level verification into system-level flows.
- Create automation and data-collection tools to streamline regressions and analysis.
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and silicon validation teams to close verification gaps.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred technical skills:
- Strong experience with UVM and SystemVerilog for pre-silicon verification.
- Experience writing SystemVerilog Assertions and functional coverage.
- Experience with memory verification, preferably NAND or similar flash memories.
- Experience integrating mixed-signal components into verification environments.
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Tcl, or similar) for testbench automation and data collection.
