Power Development Intern (Jan - Jun 2027)
Join GLOBALFOUNDRIES' technology development team focused on semiconductor memory device development, with emphasis on Resistive RAM (RRAM). The intern will support device characterization, electrical testing, data analysis, and process evaluation under engineering mentorship.
This is a structured internship with one-on-one mentorship, hands-on assignments, and professional development opportunities to prepare students for careers in semiconductor manufacturing and device engineering.
Entry-level (Internship). Intended for current students; no prior professional experience required. The role expects a proactive learner who can work alongside engineers and follow experimental protocols.

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related technical field. Must be in good academic standing. The position is a credit-bearing internship scheduled for roughly 16β24 weeks beginning January 2027.
