Power Architect - New College Grad 2026
Design and architect GPU power features and system-level power management solutions for NVIDIA GPU products. Work within an architecture team and collaborate with software, ASIC design, and product teams to define power strategy for the GPU roadmap.
Focus areas include energy-efficiency research across multiple GPU use-cases and development of power and performance models using data-driven techniques.
Entry-level (new college graduate). Suitable for recent graduates or those with internship/research experience; typically 0–2 years of professional experience.
