- Prepare design specifications, technical analysis, and recommendations for stakeholders.

- Evaluate vendor tools and third-party solutions to meet project requirements.

- Experience defining design rules, constraints, and signoff criteria; ability to translate requirements into tool flows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with major EDA toolsets and RTL-to-GDS flows, experience evaluating vendor tools.
