Physical Design Engineer
As a Physical Design Engineer on Intel's custom IP and SoC teams, you will implement RTL-to-GDS physical design flows, optimize for power/performance/area, and deliver design databases ready for manufacturing. The role works cross-functionally with verification, CAD, and architecture teams to meet timing, power, and manufacturability goals.
This position contributes directly to product performance and efficiency through practical design implementation and flow automation.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience; OR Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of experience; OR PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field (may qualify with no prior experience).
