PHY Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Join Apple's wireless SoC verification team to lead pre-silicon RTL verification for wireless PHY and its SoC interfaces. The role focuses on developing reusable verification environments and applying metric-driven methodology to ensure design quality for high-volume wireless products.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities and collaborating across teams.
- Plan and execute pre-silicon RTL verification for wireless PHY and its interfaces with the SoC.
- Design and build reusable test benches and verification environments.
- Collaborate with DV methodologists, RTL designers, and communication systems engineers.
- Adopt and apply metric-driven verification methodology to meet coverage and quality targets.
- Report verification status, identify gaps, and drive issues to closure.
Requirements

- Experience in pre-silicon RTL verification of complex digital blocks (wireless PHY preferred).
- Ability to develop reusable verification environments and automated test infrastructure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers and systems engineers.

- Strong communication skills and attention to verification quality and coverage.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BS) required and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
