Photo DUV PE Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for implementing and optimizing deep ultraviolet (DUV) photolithography processes in a semiconductor fabrication environment (Fab 16, Taichung).
The role works within the process engineering team to integrate new technologies, improve production quality and efficiency, and support world-class manufacturing of memory and storage devices.
Experience Level
Mid-level — minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor process engineering or photolithography experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include process implementation, integration, and continuous improvement to support production objectives.
- Implement and optimize DUV photolithography processes to improve yield, quality, and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, yield, equipment, manufacturing) to resolve engineering challenges.
- Develop and execute strategies for integrating new technologies into existing fab processes.
- Monitor and analyze process performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead or participate in engineering projects to achieve operational excellence.

- Proven experience in DUV photolithography process engineering.
- Hands-on experience with advanced photolithography equipment and process integration in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including root-cause analysis.
- Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
- Experience leading or contributing to engineering projects from concept to completion.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
