Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Define and execute verification plans for peripheral IP and related blocks.
- Develop coverage-driven, constrained-random verification environments using UVM and SystemVerilog.
- Create and maintain testbenches (stimulus, agents, monitors, checkers) and integrate reference models.
- Work with RTL designers and architects to isolate, debug, and close verification gaps.
- Automate test flows and develop scripts/tools to support verification runs.
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and cross-functional design verification activities.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 11+ years of unit and IP-level verification experience.
- Hands-on experience with coverage-driven, constrained-random verification methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Experience developing testbenches including stimulus, agents, monitors, and checkers.
- Familiarity with standard protocols such as PCIe, CXL, USB, and Ethernet.
- Experience integrating C-based reference models inside verification testbenches.
- Scripting experience (Perl, Python) for automation and tooling.
- Strong test planning and documentation skills.
