Performance Modeling Engineer
Role Summary
Act as a performance architect within AMD's design engineering team to model, analyze, and optimize high-performance SoC designs for data-center applications including AI, cloud, enterprise, and HPC workloads.
Work includes microarchitecture exploration, workload characterization, benchmarking, and proposing/implementing performance improvements across CPU cores, memory, interconnects, and system-level QoS.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities focus on performance analysis, modeling, and collaboration with architectural and design teams.
- Serve as a Performance Architect on SoC design teams.
- Perform microarchitecture exploration and system-level performance modeling.

- Develop tools and methodologies for performance analysis and simulation.
