PDT Lead for Architecture Projects
Role Summary
The PDT Lead for Architecture Projects drives cross-functional semiconductor product development from project inception through hand-off to design and product teams. This role combines technical leadership, program management, and customer-focused execution to deliver projects on schedule, within scope and budget, and meeting quality and reliability targets.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate technical and program activities to ensure successful delivery of architecture projects.
- Lead cross-functional project development activities and drive project execution.
- Manage scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer commitments; provide executive status updates.
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions and balance performance, power, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, manufacturing, schedule, and customer risks; remove cross-functional barriers.
- Oversee transition from project inception to hand-off to Design or Product Teams.
Requirements
Must-have technical experience and capabilities; preferred attributes listed separately.
- Proven experience leading semiconductor product development programs involving DRAM, memory systems, storage, ASIC, SoC, modules, platforms, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor product development lifecycle, including qualification, manufacturing ramp, reliability, and customer engagement processes.
- Experience with stage-gate development methodologies and new product introduction (NPI) execution.
- Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in day-to-day work.

- Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams across multiple development sites.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct organizational authority.
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple engineering disciplines and business stakeholders.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
