On Shift (IOS) Technology Development Engineer - Night Shift 6
Provide night-shift engineering support in an advanced packaging pilot line to enable 24x7 lot movement, qualification of new materials and process flows, and timely resolution of process issues. Work closely with Integration, program leads, tool owners, manufacturing technicians, and suppliers to meet production and qualification targets.
Shift: Shift 6 (night backend) — typical schedule PM–AM Wed–Sat with alternating Saturday night (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).
Entry-level / College graduate role. Hiring guidance: approximately 1+ years of relevant manufacturing or process experience.
Typical responsibilities on shift include hands-on support of manufacturing execution, experiments, and process improvement.
Minimum technical abilities and employment constraints; preferred skills that improve candidacy are listed separately.
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, or a similar engineering or STEM-related field.
