Key skills and experience expected for day-one performance and short-term growth.

  • Must-have: Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work under tight timeframes and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must-have: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong verbal and written English.
  • Must-have: Familiarity with layout viewers (e.g., K2View); DF2 database layout experience is ideal.
  • Must-have: Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing (basic CMOS) and lithography/photo masks.
  • Nice-to-have: Linux, C++ and Python familiarity.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience demonstrating practical use of AI tools in work processes.
  • Nice-to-have: Prior semiconductor industry experience or proven track record working with cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements

Higher degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field is expected; equivalent practical experience will be considered. Preferred alternatives listed include a High School degree with two years' semiconductor industry experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field. Internship or academic project experience in microelectronics is relevant.
