NAND Designer — Layout
Develop and optimize circuit designs for NAND flash memory base die as part of Micron Memory Japan's design team. The role spans analog, mixed-signal, memory-array, page-buffer, string-driver, and logic-controller design and requires close collaboration with layout and verification teams.
