Role Summary

Develop and maintain internal CAD tools and flows for NAND circuit design, layout, simulation, and electrical checks. Work with global CAD teams to deliver reusable flows and provide training and troubleshooting support to design and verification groups worldwide.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on developing CAD flows, supporting global teams, and coordinating with vendors. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop internal tools and flows for circuit design, layout, simulation, and electrical verification.
• Collaborate with global CAD members to design flows released to worldwide design and verification organizations.
• Provide training and global support for design and verification teams; troubleshoot workflow and tool issues.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve verification quality and engineering efficiency based on team feedback.
• Coordinate with external EDA vendors to integrate tools, drive new development, and resolve vendor tool issues.
• Leverage agentic AI to assist flow development and/or embed AI agents into flows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
