Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include verification strategy, environment development, coverage closure, and cross-team debug and delivery.
- Own verification strategy, plans, and closure metrics based on specifications.
- Architect and develop scalable, reusable SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments.
- Drive functional and code coverage closure; implement assertions and targeted stimulus.
- Lead debug and issue resolution across verification and design teams.
- Provide verification status, risk assessments, and release readiness updates.
- Ensure verification readiness for initialization, reset, CDC, and mode transitions at high speeds.
- Improve verification methodologies, automation, and regression efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance consistent with senior expectations.
- Use AI-enabled tools where appropriate to augment verification activities and efficiency.
Requirements
