Senior - minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development, test engineering, or equivalent roles.
Responsibilities
Primary engineering responsibilities and technical leadership tasks.
- Define, develop, verify, and optimize full‑chip test methodologies and on‑chip DFT strategies, including test vector generation and coverage analysis.
- Design and implement automated test equipment (ATE) programs for scalable, accurate production testing.
- Lead first‑silicon debug and root‑cause analysis; drive corrective actions to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams (design, software, manufacturing, product engineering) to integrate test capability across the product lifecycle.
- Drive test optimization efforts to reduce cost, improve quality, and accelerate production stability.
- Develop HMDT & UFP test modules, convert test patterns (e.g., STIL to pobj), and validate test programs on testers.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; concise list of expectations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development or test engineering focused on FPGA or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuits and test methodologies for complex ICs.
