Module Development Engineering Manager
Manage a team of module development engineers responsible for developing, transferring, and implementing advanced module and wafer-processing technologies across assembly/test and repair factories. Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver process solutions that improve power, performance, area, and cost.

Equivalent industry experience, internships, coursework, or research may be considered in lieu of formal degrees.
