Role Summary

The Module Development Engineer - RF Test will develop and release production test solutions for analog and RF integrated circuits, supporting feasibility through production ramp. The role works with design, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure testability, manufacturability, yield optimization, and post-release issue resolution.

This position requires regular onsite presence in Phoenix, AZ and involves hardware test development, ATE correlation, board design, and lab characterization.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Typical background: 3+ years relevant experience in RF design and test (examples: 3+ years IC test, or equivalent combination of education and experience). Specific experience expectations vary by task (see Requirements).

Responsibilities

Deliver and support test solutions throughout product development and production.

  • Drive testability and manufacturability for analog/RF products and release production test recipes.
  • Design and validate test boards with suppliers for RF device evaluation.
  • Develop, debug, and maintain software to control test equipment (BERTs, oscilloscopes, ATE, etc.).
  • Perform ATE-to-DV correlation and troubleshoot functionality and performance issues.
  • Characterize devices on ATE and bench (power, thermal, RF performance) and tune production thermal control and calibration.
  • Evaluate new analog IP on ATE and work with design/product teams to resolve issues.
  • Support yield optimization and post-release issue investigations.

Requirements

Minimum and preferred technical qualifications. Degree requirements are summarized separately under Education Requirements.

  • Must-have: U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government TS clearance with SCI access.
