Modem Hardware Design Engineer
Design and implement modem hardware for wireless systems with a focus on RTL, micro-architecture, and first-time-right silicon delivery. The role is part of a hardware engineering team that collaborates with verification, modeling, physical implementation, system, RF, firmware, and software teams.
The team applies AI-driven methodologies, including GenAI and ML-assisted flows, and agentic-AI automation frameworks to accelerate design and verification processes.
Entry-level / Early career. Typical guidance: 1β3 years of relevant engineering experience depending on academic level and background.
Primary responsibilities include specification, RTL development, and cross-domain collaboration to deliver modem ASICs.
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items noted.
Degree-based options: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Typical experience guidance tied to degree: Bachelor's + ~2 years experience, Master's + ~1 year experience, or PhD (experience expectations vary).
